The Institutional Investment Group is a select membership of investment sales brokerage
professionals in Grubb & Ellis. These professionals have closed $14.4 billion in
sales, or 55 percent of the Company's total investment transactions over the past
five years. Members of the Institutional Investment Group specialize in the acquisition
and disposition of institutional and investment assets across all property types
on a local, national and global basis.
