Scott D. Peters
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

|
Peters is responsible for the day-to-day management of Grubb & Ellis Company as
its president and chief executive officer; he also serves as a member of the board
of directors. Peters served in an identical capacity with NNN Realty Advisors, Inc.
prior to its merger with Grubb & Ellis on December 7, 2007. He joined the company in September 2004 and enjoys a wealth of
financial and corporate executive leadership, having served in senior management
positions with a number of public and private firms, including Golf Trust America,
Inc., Pacific Holding Company/LSR and Castle and Cooke Properties, Inc.

Andrea R. Biller
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

|
|
Biller assumed her current role as the chief attorney for Grubb & Ellis Company
following the merger with NNN Realty Advisors, where she filled an identical role since joining the company in March 2003.
She previously served as special counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission,
Division of Corporate Finance and as a private attorney specializing in corporate
and securities law. Biller is admitted to practice law in California, Virginia and
Washington, D.C.

Richard W. Pehlke
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Pehlke joined Grubb & Ellis Company as executive vice president and chief financial
officer in 2007, bringing more than 30 years of experience in senior financial positions
at global companies in the telecommunications, financial services and food and consumer
products industries. His professional experience includes roles as chief financial
officer, executive vice president and director of Hudson Highland Group, chief financial
officer and executive vice president of ONE, Inc., and vice president and treasurer
of Ameritech Corporation. He also has served on the boards of several public and
private companies throughout the world.

Robert H. Osbrink

|
Osbrink has more than 30 years experience in the commercial brokerage industry.
He was appointed to his current position of executive vice president in 2001, and
added the title of president of Transaction Services in 2004. From 2003 to 2005,
he acted as co-chief executive officer of Grubb & Ellis Company. During his 20-year
tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Osbrink has held a number of local and regional management
roles, which included overseeing the company's top-producing office and region.

Jack Van Berkel
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

|
Van Berkel oversees operations and business integration for Grubb & Ellis, having
joined NNN Realty Advisors in August 2007 to assist with the merger of the two companies.
He is responsible for the strategic direction of all Grubb & Ellis’ human resources,
marketing and communications, research and other day-to-day operational activities.
He has 25 years of experience, including more than four years at CB Richard Ellis
as senior vice president, human resources as well as in senior global human resources,
operations and sales positions with First Data Corporation, Gateway Corporation
and Western Digital.

Jeffrey T. Hanson

Hanson joined Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors in July 2006 as its chief investment
officer and served in an identical capacity with NNN Realty Advisors upon its formation
later that year. He is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of real property
for the various investment programs sponsored by Grubb & Ellis and its subsidiaries,
and was elevated to president of Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors following the merger
between Grubb & Ellis and its parent company, NNN Realty Advisors. Hanson has a
long history with Grubb & Ellis, having served as a senior vice president of the
company’s Institutional Investment Group and as one of the firm’s most successful
investment brokers for ten years.

Francene LaPoint
Executive Vice President, Accounting and Finance

LaPoint was named chief financial officer for the NNN Realty Advisors family of
companies in November 2006, having previously served as executive vice president
and controller of Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors since July 2004. She formerly served
as senior vice president and corporate controller of Hawthorne Savings/Hawthorne
Financial Corp., a publicly traded financial institution, and as a certified public
accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Although she will remain focused on the
investment programs sponsored by the new Grubb & Ellis and Grubb & Ellis Realty
Investors, its real estate investment and asset management subsidiary, LaPoint will
assume a greater role within the finance organization of the combined company.

Jay P. Leupp

|
Leupp is an executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis Company and president of its
subsidiary, Grubb & Ellis Alesco Global Advisors. Founded by Leupp in 2006, Grubb
& Ellis Alesco Global Advisors will launch and manage a family of U.S. and global
opened and closed-end real estate mutual funds, separate accounts and hedge funds.
He formerly served as managing director of real estate equity research at RBC Capital
Markets, the same role he previously filled at Robertson Stephens. Leupp was vice
president of the Staubach Company and development manager at Trammell Crow Residential
before entering the securities industry.

Stanley J. Olander Jr.
Executive Vice President, Multifamily

Olander leads the multifamily division of Grubb and Ellis and is the chairman, chief
executive officer and president of Grubb & Ellis Apartment REIT, Inc. He was the
founder of Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a non-traded public real estate
investment trust that owned more than 23,000 apartment units and was ultimately
listed on the New York Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of approximately
$1.5 billion. Olander has been responsible for the acquisition and financing of
approximately 40,000 apartment units during his distinguished career.

Kevin K. Hull
President and Chief Executive Officer, Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc.

Hull is the president and chief executive officer of Grubb & Ellis Securities, Inc.,
the managing broker-dealer of the various investment programs sponsored by Grubb
& Ellis Company and its subsidiaries, a position he has held since 2005. He began
his career in the securities industry in 1988 at the NASD (now FINRA) and was in
private practice at two international law firms for six years prior to joining Grubb
& Ellis Securities, Inc. Hull holds securities registrations as a general securities
principal and financial and operations principal. He is admitted to practice law
in California, New York and Massachusetts.

Dylan Taylor

Taylor joined Grubb & Ellis in 2005 as executive vice president, regional managing
director, corporate services. He assumed his current role at the beginning of 2008.
Prior to joining the company, Taylor spent more than five years as senior vice president,
corporate solutions at Jones Lang LaSalle and nearly seven years at SAIA Burgess,
a global supplier of electronics based in Switzerland. During his tenure, he became
the youngest member of senior management in SAIA Burgess’ history.
