Career Summary:Greg is a member of the Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates industrial brokerage team. He assists industrial, distribution, flex and related companies with acquisition, disposition, leasing and consulting. Greg specializes in the southwest quadrant, including South Richmond, Chesterfield County and the Tri-Cities area.
Prior to entering real estate, Greg spent eight years as a PGA apprentice and an assistant golf professional with The Country Club of Virginia in Richmond and Hunting Hawk Golf Club in Glen Allen. He received his realtor’s license in 2002. He has more than two years of full-time experience in residential sales with Virginia Properties where he was Top Producer focusing on the Metro Richmond region. At Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates, Greg received the 2007 third quarter Achievement Award.
