Jim is the vice president of sales & marketing for Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc., with offices in Bedford & Portsmouth, NH and has been with the firm since 2000. In his role, Jim is primarily charged with supervising the firm's existing sales staff, coordinating the efforts to increase the firm's sales staff in existing and future offices, and the oversight of the firm's marketing and research programs. He is also a partner in the firm. In addition to his leadership roles, Jim is also an active commercial real estate broker, as well as the creator and administrator of www.nhmultis.com, www.nhmills.com and www.nhlandsites.com.
