Career Summary:Ian has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and is continually one of Grubb & Ellis’ top producers nationally. He and his team are experts in all phases of the Real Estate Cycle from "ground up" concept to development-leasing to Investment-Sale. He has represented tenants wishing to expand throughout Southern California and the United States as well as representing numerous "Greater LA Basin" Landlords and Developers. He has "spearheaded" projects ranging from Neighborhood through Community Shopping Centers to Downtown and Entertainment Centers. Ian "with his team" developed a repulation as the "go to" brokers for both "inner city" and "underserved" retail markets as well as development retail markets in the "Inland Empire" of Southern California. More recently his focus has been on advising and assisting owners and lenders of "distressed properties" on how to maintain value, reposition and/or dispose of those assets.
