Josh is director of engineering for Grubb & Ellis' Eastern region. Previously, he spent 12 years with CB Richard Ellis where he was most recently director, account integration with the Facilities Management Solutions Group. In this position, he was responsible for facility management business developement support and transition management for new assignments. Josh also served as director of engineering for CB Richard Ellis Asset Services in the Florida region, providing oversight to more than 140 building engineers and 43 million square feet of office, industrial and retail product. Josh has facilities management and operations experience in industries ranging from information technology and healthcare to food service, retail and commercial real estate.
