Career Summary:As a manager and director, Michael brings over ten years of retail real estate and business process outsourcing experience at the regional and national level. With proven expertise in market analysis, development consulting, surplus property disposition, sales and leasing, Michael has represented some of the top national retail chains and most well known developers and REITs in the country. Michael is a manager of operations and process functions from definition to delivery on national retail occupier accounts as the lead coordinator between all services: strategic consulting, transaction management, project management, lease administration and facilities maintenance. He is also the director and serves as one of the lead strategists for the retail tenant rep practice group, a national team of retail portfolio management professionals within Grubb & Ellis.
