Frank is a vice president in Grubb & Ellis’ Portfolio Restructure Group. He brings extensive expertise to clients seeking to right-size or decrease overhead costs to reinvest back into their businesses. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Frank was a 35-year veteran of the restaurant industry. He held unit, field and executive-level positions in operations as well as executive positions in franchise operations and development. This experience, combined with 11 years as vice president of Real Estate and Development, has established Frank as a resident expert in all facets of the business. As a restaurant real estate professional and steward of asset portfolio oversight for VICORP Restaurants Incorporated, he efficiently managed long-term debt obligation while growing multiple brands in 27 states from coast to coast. In addition, by way of his portfolio restructure work, Frank was a key member of the team which effected VICORP's successful exit from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
