Paul joined Grubb & Ellis' Institutional Capital Markets group as executive vice president, director in February 2009. He specializes in the representation of institutional owners in the disposition of investment properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Paul was an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield since 1991. During his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield, he participated in the sale of over $15.0 billion in investment real estate, focusing primarily on office sales. He was one of the leading brokers nationally for the Capital Markets Group, and previously served as the chairman for the National Advisory Board within Cushman & Wakefield. He has consistently been a finalist for the Chicago Sun-Times Greater Chicago Food Depository Investment Broker of the Year and the NAIOP award for Financial Intermediary, having won each award multiple times.
