As executive managing director for Grubb & Ellis in the Southeast and Washington, D.C., Brett oversees all operations for company-owned offices in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas and the D.C. area, as well as affiliate offices in the Southeast region. His focus includes business development, client relations, recruitment of top industry professionals and strategic planning for the offices. Brett also serves as executive vice president, Business Development for Grubb & Ellis, and in this role oversees the company’s national business development, marketing and training programs for its Transaction Services business.
