Career Summary:Tom joined Grubb & Ellis in 2007 with more than 20 years of real estate experience. With his colleagues, he heads up one of the most successful and respected tenant representation leasing teams both in Chicago and nationally, representing corporate and institutional clients in the analysis, valuation and market considerations affecting real estate decisions. He has qualified for the Circle of Excellence at Grubb & Ellis each year he was eligible. Previously, Tom was an executive vice president with Trammell Crow Company in Chicago. Prior to his tenure with TCC, he was a principal and managing director with The John Buck Company where he represented clients with their national space needs. Throughout his career, Tom has completed lease, purchase, sublease and build-to-suit transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet.
