Career Summary:Jay has served as executive vice president with Grubb & Ellis Company since January 2007 and specializes in representing corporate and institutional clients with their commercial real estate requirements in the Chicago area and nationally. During his 24-year career, he has developed and implemented a successful strategic real estate process that has reduced his clients’ occupancy costs significantly. He co-heads one of the most successful and respected tenant representation teams in Chicago. Jay has handled over 50 lease assignments a year for the past 10 years. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Co., Jay was an executive vice president for the Chicago office of Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and before that he spent 16-years at The John Buck Company as a principal and managing director of its Strategic Advisory Group.
