Career Summary:

George joined Grubb & Ellis in 2006 as senior vice president, Project Management in the company’s New York office. He began his career in 1982 and has been involved in all facets of construction and project management. Spending nearly two decades as a key member of highly regarded CM/GC firms, George provided strategy and coordination for high profile and demanding clientele in corporate, institutional, financial, technology, medical, public sector, private development and retail projects. He has managed millions of square feet of projects for local and national clients such as AIG, Securities and Exchange Commission, New York State, Chase, Prudential, Citibank and Pitney Bowes. His in depth project involvement and critical thinking provide him an invaluable advantage, while his analytical abilities and effective organizational skills ensure precise project coordination, scheduling, estimating, tracking and contract negotiations.
