He has represented Fortune 500 tenants in assignments locally, regionally and nationally, completing more than 800 office leasing assignments totaling more than 18 million square feet. Regardless of transaction size – his assignments have ranged from 2,000 to 1.2 million square feet – Sven works with clients to first understand their business and operational goals and then execute an appropriate real estate strategy.
He was selected by the Greater Chicago Commercial Real Estate Committee as the Chicago Office Broker of the Year in 1998 and was a finalist in 1997. Since joining Grubb & Ellis in 2003, he has been Grubb & Ellis’ top producing office broker in the country. He has achieved the company's Circle of Excellence every year since 2004 and is a member of the President’s Council.
