Career Summary:Cesar has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1999. He is the liaison between Grubb & Ellis, the company’s Global alliance partners and the “best in class” network of service providers in Central, South America and The Caribbean. He is the single point of contact accountable and responsible for coordinating and managing the transfer of all business into the region. Responsible for 45 countries, eight in Central America, thirteen in South America and twenty four in the Caribbean. Cesar is also G&E's Liaison for Canada. During his tenure, the majority of his clients have been multinational corporations, and he has transacted over 45 million square feet of commercial real estate space valued at over $350 million.
