Locations/Service Area
With three locations, we are able to provide local services to the entire Central Florida area. Our Tampa professionals handle the sales and leasing of properties throughout West Central Florida including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee and Sarasota counties. While East Central Florida, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Eastern Polk and Lake County, is serviced by our Orlando office and Melbourne office.
Property Management
Management Services is handled by Commercial Florida Management, LLC. Their services include property management, facility management, asset management, engineering services, energy management, emergency preparedness planning, product/agency leasing, lease administration, facility resource group, and business and fulfillment services.
Tax Advisory Services
Tax Advisory Services is the primary business focus of Commercial Florida Advisors, LLC, a company affiliated with Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida. The aim of CFA’s tax advisory services is to create value for our clients’ real estate assets by reducing operating costs. This is done by conducting a detailed analysis of a property's value in the market place based upon an analysis of the assets physical condition, operating performance and historical market conditions. We negotiate with the county property appraiser's office to arrive at an equitable assessment of value. If necessary, we will also petition for a hearing before a Special Magistrate for presentation of our market and specific analysis of the property. Our diligent and comprehensive service results in lower taxes. Lower taxes mean improved profitability; which means increased value.

The DPS Group is an integrated, multi-disiplinary team of seasoned real estate professionals with decades of combined experience in the state of Florida. The DPS Group has the ability to leverage Grubb & Ellis' knowledge and expertise as a full service commercial real estate firm by including professionals from Grubb & Ellis' commercial real estate services and facility management from Commercial Florida Management. The DPS Work Plan revolves around 6 key functions: Financial Underwriting & Valuation Analysis, Receivership Services, Property & Asset Management, Tax Assessment Advisory Services, Leasing Services and Disposition Services.
